Description

A quick, low-carb, savory snack made with only mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. These easy pizza chips bake into crispy, golden bites perfect for parties, game nights, or guilt-free snacking. Customizable, gluten-free, and ready in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese (about 113 g)
  • 16 pepperoni slices (about 45 g)

Optional toppings/dips:

  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh herbs (basil, parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella onto the sheet for each chip.
  4. Flatten each mound into a 2-inch circle and keep at least 2 inches apart.
  5. Place one pepperoni slice in the center of each cheese circle.
  6. Bake 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and edges are deep golden and lacy.
  7. Bake 1–2 minutes longer if the centers look pale.
  8. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to crisp fully.
  9. Serve once cooled and crisp.
