Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) for standard ovens or 635°F (335°C) for pizza ovens.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Add blended cottage cheese and mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer dough to the prepared baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Press or roll into a 12-inch circle.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes in a standard oven or 6 minutes in a pizza oven, until firm.
- Remove from oven, add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- Broil on high for 1–2 minutes, until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
