Description

3-ingredient oat tortillas are soft, pliable, and wholesome wraps made with just oats, eggs, and flour. Perfect as a gluten-free, protein-rich alternative to store-bought tortillas, they’re quick to prepare, versatile, and ideal for wraps, tacos, or sandwiches.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for low-carb)
  • 2 large eggs
  • Optional add-ins: garlic powder, cumin, turmeric, or fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Blend rolled oats in a food processor until finely ground into oat flour.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, all-purpose flour, and eggs; mix until dough forms.
  3. Divide dough into 6–8 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
  4. Roll out each ball between two sheets of parchment paper into thin circles (6–7 inches wide).
  5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook each tortilla for 1–2 minutes per side, until lightly browned and pliable.
  7. Stack tortillas on a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm.

  • Use a food processor for finely ground oat flour to avoid grittiness.
