Description

Enjoy juicy, flavorful boneless turkey breast with a crispy exterior made effortlessly in the air fryer. Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or special occasions, this lean protein is versatile, easy to prepare, and always delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 lbs boneless turkey breast
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
    Optional Marinades:
  • Lemon juice
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil all over the turkey breast.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and herbs.
  5. Place the turkey in the air fryer basket, leaving space around it for airflow.
  6. Cook for 15–20 minutes per pound, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F (74°C).

Remove from air fryer and let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Brine the turkey in saltwater for 2–4 hours before cooking for extra juiciness.
  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer; cook one turkey breast at a time.
  • Let turkey rest after cooking to retain juices.
  • For flavor variety, try honey-balsamic or maple-Dijon glaze brushed on in the last 5 minutes.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–5 minutes.
  • Can substitute with chicken breast or pork tenderloin.
  • Make gluten-free by using gluten-free seasonings and marinades.
