Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
- In a small bowl, stir together olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Trim the woody ends of the asparagus stalks and arrange them in a single layer on a plate.
- Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the asparagus and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
- Cook for 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to redistribute the asparagus for uniform browning.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.

– Use medium to thick asparagus stalks: Thin stalks may overcook quickly reduce cooking time by 1–2 minutes if using thin asparagus.
