Description

These bite-sized Air Fryer Churro Bites are golden, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and coated in warm cinnamon sugar. Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the coating:

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease the basket.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
  5. Scoop the dough into 1-tablespoon balls and place them in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 5–7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  7. While still warm, roll each churro bite in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. Serve warm with dips or enjoy as-is!
