Instructions
- Scoop 4 balls of ice cream and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze until solid (2–3 hours or overnight).
- Prepare a coating station: mix crushed cookies/cornflakes and breadcrumbs. Add optional spices like cinnamon, sugar, or cocoa powder.
- Dip each frozen ice cream ball in beaten egg, then roll in coating. Repeat for a double layer.
- Flash-freeze the coated balls for 15–20 minutes to firm up the coating.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Air fry the balls for 3–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with desired toppings like sauces, whipped cream, or fruit.
