- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Glaze
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk or cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment, leaving overhang.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare crisp topping: mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg; add melted butter; refrigerate.
- Mix cinnamon-sugar mixture and set aside.
- Toss diced apples with sugar and cinnamon.
- Prepare bread batter: beat butter, sugar, and vanilla; add eggs; mix in dry ingredients; add milk just until combined.
- Prepare cheesecake filling: beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla; add egg; mix until smooth.
- Spread half the bread batter into pan.

- Spread cheesecake filling over apples.
- Add remaining batter, remaining apples, and crisp topping.
