  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat; sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  5. Deglaze the pan with balsamic vinegar and honey, scraping up browned bits. Simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return chicken to pan, spoon glaze over top.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
