Description

This beef cheeseburger Alfredo pasta combines juicy ground beef, creamy Alfredo sauce, and classic cheeseburger toppings for a rich, comforting meal. Perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or indulgent weeknights, it’s customizable and satisfying for all.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, crispy bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and diced tomatoes. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with optional toppings like pickles, onions, or bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use ground turkey or chicken.
  • Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce for extra heat.
  • Substitute gluten-free pasta or plant-based alternatives for dietary needs.
  • Use freshly grated cheese for the best texture and flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat gently with a splash of milk.
