Instructions
- Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place brie slices evenly on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
- Top with fresh blackberries and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook sandwiches for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
- (Optional) Drizzle with honey or sprinkle with fresh thyme before serving.
