Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed tea (black, green, or herbal)
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew your chosen tea and allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a blender, blend blueberries with a small amount of tea until smooth.
  3. Strain the blueberry mixture to remove pulp (optional).
  4. In a large pitcher, combine brewed tea, blueberry puree, lemon juice, and sweetener. Stir well.
  5. Add cold water and mix until fully combined. Adjust sweetness as needed.
