Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe tomatoes (chopped, Roma or cherry)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze (optional)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Chop the tomatoes and basil into small, uniform pieces.
  2. Drain excess moisture from the mozzarella using paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, olive oil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
