Instructions

- Knead on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Punch down dough, roll into a rectangle, and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Roll tightly into a log, pinch seams, and shape into a loaf.
- Place loaf on prepared baking sheet, brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
