Description

Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites are melty, bite-sized snacks with a crispy, golden coating and gooey, cheesy centers. Ingredients

  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (regular or gluten-free)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for baking drizzle or frying)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan in a third.
  3. Coat mozzarella cubes in flour, dip in egg, and roll in breadcrumb-parmesan mixture.
  4. Place on prepared baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
