Crust:

Cheesecake Filling:

- ½ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs

Cinnamon Swirl:
- ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

- Sprinkle of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press evenly into the pan. Bake 10 minutes, then cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined. Spread evenly over crust.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle over filling. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled pattern.
- Bake 35–40 minutes, until center is set and edges are golden. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla into a glaze. Drizzle over cooled bars.
- Lift out of pan with parchment, slice into squares, and serve.
