Description

Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are rich dessert bars made with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, a spiced cinnamon swirl, and a sweet glaze. Perfect for holidays, parties, or cozy weekends, they combine the flavors of classic cinnamon rolls with the convenience of sliceable bars.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl:

  • ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Add-ins:

  • Chopped nuts
  • Chocolate chips
  • Sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press evenly into the pan. Bake 10 minutes, then cool.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined. Spread evenly over crust.
  4. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle over filling. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled pattern.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes, until center is set and edges are golden. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  7. Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla into a glaze. Drizzle over cooled bars.
  8. Lift out of pan with parchment, slice into squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.
  • Avoid overmixing to keep the cheesecake light.
  • Chill thoroughly before slicing for clean cuts.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days, refrigerate up to 5 days, or freeze up to 3 months.
