For the Donuts:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar

- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
For the Streusel Topping:
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cubed
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and instant coffee powder.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Spoon or pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
- In a small bowl, make the streusel by combining flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cubed butter. Use your fingers or a fork to blend until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the streusel over the batter.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let donuts cool slightly before removing from the pan.
- Whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled donuts.
