Ingredients
For the Tea Bombs:

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, warm ½ cup honey over low heat until just liquid, then remove from heat.
- Stir in 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, ½ tsp ground ginger (or fresh grated ginger), ¼ tsp ground turmeric, and ¼ tsp ground cinnamon until fully combined.
- Sprinkle a pinch of dried chamomile or peppermint tea into each cavity of a silicone mold or ice cube tray.
- Carefully pour the honey mixture over the herbs, ensuring even distribution.
- Let the tea bombs cool completely at room temperature until they solidify. For faster setting, refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
- Once hardened, pop the tea bombs out of the mold and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- To use, place a tea bomb in a mug, pour hot water over it, and stir until fully dissolved for a cozy, cold-soothing drink.
