Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: Fresh parsley or grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam or blanch broccoli florets until tender but still firm.
  3. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, mix broccoli with the cheese sauce. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Garnish with parsley or Parmesan and serve warm.
