Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam or blanch broccoli florets until tender but still firm.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix broccoli with the cheese sauce. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with parsley or Parmesan and serve warm.
