Ingredients
For the Dip:

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing until fully combined.
- Finely dice red bell pepper, slice green onions, chop cilantro, and mince jalapeño if using.
- Fold in corn, red bell pepper, green onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper into the creamy base. Mix until everything is well distributed.
- Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld. For even better flavor, chill for up to 24 hours.
- Stir before serving and garnish with extra herbs if desired. Serve cold with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
