Ingredients

– ¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
– ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
– ¼ tsp salt (optional—taste first, as feta is salty)
For Topping & Garnish:
– ¼ cup unsalted pistachios, chopped
– ½ cup pomegranate arils (seeds)
– Fresh mint or parsley, for garnish
For Serving:

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, honey, lemon juice, pepper, and salt (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed (1–2 minutes).
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Gently fold in half the pistachios and half the pomegranate seeds.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours) to let flavors meld.
- Before serving, top with remaining pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
- Garnish with fresh mint or parsley.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or crudités.
