Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- If using chicken breasts, slice into strips.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, and olive oil.
- Add chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
Step 2: Set Up the Breading Station
- Combine panko breadcrumbs, flour, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in one dish.
- Beat eggs in another dish.
Step 3: Coat the Chicken

- Air-Frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook tenders in batches for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
