Instructions
- In a 6-quart Crock Pot, combine diced onions, celery, and melted butter; set to low heat.
- Stir in flour, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and onion powder.
- Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly to prevent clumps.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them into the Crock Pot.
- Cover and cook:
- High: 2 hours
- Low: 4 hours
until chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove chicken, shred or dice, and return to the pot.
- Stir in frozen vegetables and heavy cream.
- Cook on low for 30 minutes.
- Optional: stir in condensed cream of chicken soup for extra thickness.
- Serve hot with biscuits.
