Crock pot chicken pot pie is a rich and creamy slow-cooked chicken filling made with tender chicken, mixed vegetables, herbs, and a velvety sauce. Instructions

  1. In a 6-quart Crock Pot, combine diced onions, celery, and melted butter; set to low heat.
  2. Stir in flour, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and onion powder.
  3. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly to prevent clumps.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them into the Crock Pot.
  5. Cover and cook:
    • High: 2 hours
    • Low: 4 hours
      until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Remove chicken, shred or dice, and return to the pot.
  7. Stir in frozen vegetables and heavy cream.
  8. Cook on low for 30 minutes.
  9. Optional: stir in condensed cream of chicken soup for extra thickness.
  10. Serve hot with biscuits.
