- 12 oz lasagna noodles, broken into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat, drain excess grease, and transfer to a 6-quart crock pot.
- Add onion, bell pepper, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Stir in broken lasagna noodles. Cover and cook on high for 30–45 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Ladle into bowls and top with ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese before serving.
