Instructions
- Chop chicken, onion, celery, and carrots, then place them in a 6-quart crockpot.
- Add salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and 4 cups water until smooth, then pour into the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth and remaining 4 cups of water, stirring to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Stir in frozen noodles and cook on low for 1 hour or high for 30 minutes, until noodles are tender.
