Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix protein powder, chopped dried fruits, nut butter, seeds, and nuts.
- Add vanilla extract and cinnamon, then gradually mix in almond milk until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish or mold into bars.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Cut into bars and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
