Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped dried fruits (dates, cranberries, apricots, or raisins)
  • ¼ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
  • ¼ cup oats (optional for texture)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tbsp almond milk (adjust for consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix protein powder, chopped dried fruits, nut butter, seeds, and nuts.
  2. Add vanilla extract and cinnamon, then gradually mix in almond milk until a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish or mold into bars.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
