- 200g high-quality dark or milk chocolate
- 1 cup shredded phyllo dough (kunafa)
- ½ cup freshly roasted pistachios, crushed
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk or sugar syrup
- Optional: caramel drizzle, extra nuts for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Kunafa Filling:

- Soak the shredded phyllo dough in warm water until softened. Drain excess liquid.
- Mix with sweetened condensed milk or sugar syrup. Fold in crushed pistachios. Set aside.
- Melt the Chocolate:

- Assemble the Chocolate Bar:
