Instructions
1. Prepare the Noodles:
Boil a pot of water and cook noodles for 5-7 minutes until tender but firm. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Ground Beef:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
3. Combine:
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the ground beef. Pour in the stir-fry sauce and toss until everything is coated and hot (about 2-3 minutes).
4. Serve:
Serve hot with optional toppings like chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
