Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:

- Nutella Layer:
- Microwave 1.5 cups of Nutella in 30-second bursts until smooth and pourable.
- Spread evenly over the chilled crust. Freeze for 30 minutes to set.
- Prepare the Filling:
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract gradually, mixing well.
- Fold in whipped heavy cream gently until combined.
- Assemble the Layers:
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the Nutella layer.
- Mix 1/2 cup of Nutella into the remaining cream cheese mixture. Spread this Nutella-infused layer on top.
- Smooth the top or create a marbled effect by swirling with a knife.
- Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the assembled cheesecake bars for at least 8 hours or overnight for best results.
For clean slices, freeze for 1-2 hours before serving.
