Description

Filling

  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
    • Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
    • Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 9×13-inch or 8-inch square pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Nutella Layer:
    • Microwave 1.5 cups of Nutella in 30-second bursts until smooth and pourable.
    • Spread evenly over the chilled crust. Freeze for 30 minutes to set.
  3. Prepare the Filling:
    • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract gradually, mixing well.
    • Fold in whipped heavy cream gently until combined.
  4. Assemble the Layers:
    • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the Nutella layer.
    • Mix 1/2 cup of Nutella into the remaining cream cheese mixture. Spread this Nutella-infused layer on top.
    • Smooth the top or create a marbled effect by swirling with a knife.
  5. Chill and Serve:
    • Refrigerate the assembled cheesecake bars for at least 8 hours or overnight for best results.

For clean slices, freeze for 1-2 hours before serving.
