- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 32 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) tomato soup
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 can (16 oz) chili beans, drained
For Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Sliced jalapeños
- Diced tomatoes
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add Velveeta, cream cheese, cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, and chili beans.
- Stir continuously until the cheeses melt and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Garnish with parsley, jalapeños, and diced tomatoes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
