Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, bite-sized, golden brown pastries filled with seasoned beef, gooey cheese, and a garlicky Parmesan topping. Perfect for parties, game days, or family dinners, these customizable bombs are sure to become your next go-to recipe!

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef (1 lb)
  • Cheese (1 cup) – Shredded mozzarella or cheddar works great
  • Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
  • Onion Powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • Canned Biscuit Dough (1 can) – Crescent roll dough or pizza dough can also be used
  • Butter (1/4 cup)
  • Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) – Freshly grated for best flavor

Optional Extras:

  • Bacon Bits
  • Jalapeños (diced)
  • Pickles & Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Filling:
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
    • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and drain excess grease.
    • Mix in the shredded cheese while the beef is still warm and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Roll Out the Dough:
    • Separate the biscuit dough pieces and flatten each one into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Fill & Seal the Bombs:
    • Place a spoonful of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each dough disc.
    • Fold the dough edges around the filling and pinch to seal. Place the sealed bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Make the Garlic Parmesan Topping:
    • Mix melted butter, grated Parmesan, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
    • Brush the mixture generously over each bomb.
  5. Bake to Golden Perfection:
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
    • Brush with extra garlic butter once out of the oven for added flavor.

Notes

  • Chill Your Beef Mixture: Slightly cool the beef before filling to prevent leaks.
  • Do Not Overfill: A little goes a long way with the filling to ensure the bombs stay sealed.
