Instructions

- Cook Shrimp: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp, paprika, and lemon juice. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Make Avocado Mash: In a bowl, mix mashed avocado, lime juice, salt, and cilantro. Stir until smooth but slightly chunky.
- Assemble Crostini: Spread avocado mash on each toasted crostini. Top with garlic shrimp and optional garnishes. Serve immediately.
