Description

Grilled corn on the cob is a summer classic bursting with sweet, smoky flavor. Perfect for BBQs, picnics, or family dinners, this versatile side dish pairs well with almost any meal and offers endless seasoning options to suit any taste.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 46 fresh ears of corn
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
    Optional Add-Ins:
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Chili flakes
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley, thyme)
  • Lime juice
  • Grated Parmesan or crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Soak the ears of corn in water for 10–15 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  3. Place corn directly on the grill, or wrap in foil with butter and seasoning.
  4. Grill for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally for even charring.
  5. Remove from grill, brush with melted butter, and season to taste.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Soaking corn with husks helps retain moisture.
  • Wrapping in foil infuses flavors and prevents burning.
  • For bold flavor, grill without husks for a charred finish.
  • Let corn rest for 2–3 minutes after grilling for juicier results.
  • Pairs well with grilled meats, salads, or summer pasta dishes.
