Description

Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Optional Add-ins:

  • Red pepper flakes
  • Oregano
  • Chopped fresh herbs
  • Caramelized onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated pizza crust onto the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic until combined.
  4. Brush the garlic butter evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle half the dried basil over the garlic butter layer.
  6. Evenly top with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Sprinkle remaining basil and season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Slice the dough into 12 equal breadsticks using a pizza cutter.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Reslice along the pre-cut lines and serve warm.
