- 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 3 cloves Minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Optional: Rice vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, bell peppers, onions
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vegetable oil in a bowl.
- Add chicken and mix to coat. Marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high or the air fryer to 400°F.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- For grilling: Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- For air frying: Cook for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Brush with more honey garlic sauce and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Bamboo skewers should be soaked in water for 30 minutes if used.
