Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Fold in crab meat, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, garlic, Worcestershire, Old Bay, lemon juice, and cayenne.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, stir in parsley.
  5. Transfer to the baking dish, spread evenly, and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm with crackers, bread, or veggies.
