- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 jars hot fudge sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup buttermilk (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the brownie mix and baking powder until combined.
- In another bowl, heat the hot fudge sauce in the microwave until slightly warmed. Mix it with eggs and oil until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed. Avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Optional: Drizzle extra warmed hot fudge sauce over the top before serving.
Notes
- For a gooier texture, bake on the lower end of the time range.
- Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 1 week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
