Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking.

- Roll or press dough into thin, even circles on parchment-lined surface. Use wet hands to shape and smooth.
- Cook flatbread using one of the following methods:

- Pan-fry over medium heat
- Combination: Bake then briefly pan-fry for extra crispness
- Optional: Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley, sesame seeds, or herbs.
- Let cool slightly and use as desired for wraps, sandwiches, or pizza bases.
