- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Tiramisu Layer:

- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
- 2 tbsp Kahlúa or Amaretto (optional)
- ¼ cup cocoa powder (for dusting)
- ½ cup freshly whipped cream (for topping)

- Prepare the Crust:

- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:

- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add mascarpone, sugar, and eggs. Mix in vanilla and heavy cream until combined.
- Layer the Tiramisu:

- Dip ladyfingers in espresso (and liqueur if using) and arrange over the crust. Pour half of the cheesecake batter on top, add another layer of soaked ladyfingers, then the remaining cheesecake batter.
- Bake or Chill:

- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45-50 minutes OR refrigerate for at least 6 hours if making a no-bake version.
