Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • Fresh mushrooms (button, cremini, shiitake, etc.)
  • Cream cheese (full-fat)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by slicing a horizontal pocket into each breast or thigh.
