Layers of graham cracker crust, fresh bananas, pudding, and fluffy cheesecake make every bite unforgettable.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 3 fresh bananas, sliced
  • Optional: vanilla wafers (for layering)

Optional Toppings:

  • Chocolate shavings
  • Caramel drizzle
  • Crushed nuts
  • Additional sliced bananas
  • Extra whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together instant pudding mix and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust.
  5. Layer with sliced bananas and optional vanilla wafers.
  6. Pour the pudding mixture evenly over the banana layer.
  7. Top with remaining cheesecake mixture and smooth the top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Garnish with desired toppings before serving.

Notes

  • Use firm, ripe bananas to prevent sogginess.
  • Chill thoroughly to ensure a firm set and clean slices.
  • Use stabilized whipped cream or fold in gelatin if needed.
  • Substitute gluten-free graham crackers or plant-based dairy for dietary needs.
  • Add fruit or chocolate for creative variations.
