Description

No bake peanut butter bars are a simple, no-bake dessert featuring layers of peanut butter goodness topped with rich chocolate. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or as a quick homemade snack. Easily made gluten-free, low-carb, or vegan.


Ingredients

For the Base:

– 2½ cups crushed graham cracker crumbs (substitute gluten-free graham crackers if needed)

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter (substitute crunchy peanut butter if preferred)

– 2½ cups powdered sugar (substitute monk fruit or erythritol for low-sugar diets)

For the Topping:

– 1 cup milk chocolate chips (substitute semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips if preferred)

– 1 tsp butter (substitute coconut oil for vegan diets)

Optional Garnishes:

– Sea salt flakes

– Chopped peanuts

– Drizzled caramel or white chocolate


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until fully combined and press evenly into a greased 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Place chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until melted and smooth.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer. Smooth with a spatula for an even finish.
  4. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours, or until the chocolate is set.
  5. Cut into bars and serve.
