Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss to coat evenly.
- Pour the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and milk to make the batter.

- Pour the batter evenly over the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
