Instructions
- Slice pepperoni and shred cheese if not pre-shredded.
- Warm marinara sauce for dipping.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over one half, top with pepperoni slices, and fold the tortilla in half.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm with marinara sauce.
