Description

Pumpkin latte is a creamy, cozy drink that blends pumpkin spice with rich espresso or coffee. Easy to make at home, it’s perfect for fall mornings, festive gatherings, or whenever you’re craving a seasonal café-style treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: Whipped cream, extra pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon stick, caramel drizzle

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee or espresso and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  4. Use a whisk or milk frother to blend until creamy and frothy.
  5. Pour the brewed coffee into a mug.
  6. Stir in the frothy pumpkin mixture.
  7. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.

Notes

  • Use oat, almond, or coconut milk for a vegan version.
  • Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit for a low-sugar option.
  • Add a splash of almond extract for a nutty twist.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 24 hours; reheat gently before serving.
