Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

- Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Divide dough into 3 equal portions:
- Leave one plain.
- Mix raspberry jam into the second.
- Fold melted chocolate into the third.
- Roll small portions of each dough into balls. Stack one of each flavor together and gently flatten.
- Place on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
