- Strawberry Jam: 1/4 cup (65g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt bittersweet chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat granulated sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually mix in the melted chocolate.
- Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. Spread brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the brownie base cool completely.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie base. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam over the top and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the cheesecake is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate overnight before slicing and serving.
