Description

This Creamy Tuscan Ravioli recipe combines tender, cheese-filled ravioli with a rich garlic cream sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach. Perfect for quick weeknight meals or elegant dinner parties, this dish brings a taste of Tuscany to your table in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 25 oz Cheese Ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach, washed and chopped

½ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, drained and chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli per package instructions (4–6 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Gradually whisk in heavy cream, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Heat until the sauce gently bubbles.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth.
  5. Add chopped spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir until spinach wilts (2 minutes).
  6. Toss cooked ravioli into the sauce, gently coating. Simmer for 1–2 minutes to meld flavors.

Garnish with extra Parmesan and red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh ravioli for the best texture, or adjust cooking time for frozen ravioli.
  • To adjust sauce consistency, add pasta water or milk if too thick. Simmer longer if too thin.
  • Customize by adding proteins like grilled chicken, shrimp, or Italian sausage.
