Ingredients
Scale
- 25 oz Cheese Ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Baby Spinach, washed and chopped
½ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, drained and chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli per package instructions (4–6 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Gradually whisk in heavy cream, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Heat until the sauce gently bubbles.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth.
- Add chopped spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir until spinach wilts (2 minutes).
- Toss cooked ravioli into the sauce, gently coating. Simmer for 1–2 minutes to meld flavors.
Garnish with extra Parmesan and red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh ravioli for the best texture, or adjust cooking time for frozen ravioli.
- To adjust sauce consistency, add pasta water or milk if too thick. Simmer longer if too thin.
- Customize by adding proteins like grilled chicken, shrimp, or Italian sausage.
