Ingredients
– 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
– 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
– 1-inch piece fresh ginger, finely grated
– 1 cup (240ml) chilled sparkling water or club soda
– Ice cubes
– Fresh mint sprigs or peach slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Place sliced peaches in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and grated ginger.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour about ¼–⅓ cup of the peach-ginger mixture into the glass.
- Top with 1 cup chilled sparkling water.
- Gently stir with a spoon or straw for about 10 seconds to combine (avoid over-stirring to preserve fizz).
- Garnish with a mint sprig or thin peach slice.
- Serve immediately.
