Description

Ginger peach sparkler is a bright, refreshing mocktail blending sweet ripe peaches, zesty lemon, spicy fresh ginger, and fizzy sparkling water perfect for brunch, summer parties, or alcohol-free entertaining. Naturally gluten-free, vegan, and easily made low-sugar.

Ingredients

– 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

– 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

– 1-inch piece fresh ginger, finely grated

– 1 cup (240ml) chilled sparkling water or club soda

– Ice cubes

– Fresh mint sprigs or peach slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place sliced peaches in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and grated ginger.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour about ¼–⅓ cup of the peach-ginger mixture into the glass.
  5. Top with 1 cup chilled sparkling water.
  6. Gently stir with a spoon or straw for about 10 seconds to combine (avoid over-stirring to preserve fizz).
  7. Garnish with a mint sprig or thin peach slice.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

– Use ripe, fragrant peaches for the best natural sweetness and smooth texture.

– Adjust ginger to taste start with ½ inch for mild spice, up to 1½ inches for bold heat.

– Chill all ingredients beforehand to keep the drink cold without watery ice melt.

– Low-sugar option: Use unsweetened sparkling water and slightly underripe peaches.

– Make ahead: Store peach-ginger base (without sparkling water) in the fridge for up to 2 days; add fizz just before serving.

– Gluten-free & vegan: Naturally compliant no modifications needed.
