Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  • Press mixture into a greased springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream, and lemon juice. Blend until creamy.

3️⃣ Bake the Cheesecake:

  • Pour filling over the cooled crust.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is slightly jiggly but set.
  • Turn off oven, crack the door slightly, and let cheesecake cool gradually before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
